SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES (Continental US):
ground- 10% of total with an $7.00 minimum

All International orders, Hawaii, and Alaska: Domestic shipping may be added during the order process, but international shipping or 2/3 day air options will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of placing your order. That cost will then be added upon your approval.

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing. Cick on the "more information" button for a complete description. Click the button that says "Add to Cart" to purchase it. A box will pop up confirming the item being added- hit "ok" if it is correct. If you would like to add more items, please hit "Keep Shopping" on any of the following screens. On the next screens, please fill in the information requested. Please provide your phone number and exact name and address as they appear in your bank's records to avoid any delays. We will not be responsible for delayed shipments due to an inability to properly verify cardholder information. Please make sure the email address given is correct. If there is any problems, concerns, or questions with your order, we will first try reaching you by email, then by phone. For phone messages, we refer to our company as "1-2-3 Gifts" as to not give away any information if this item is a gift for a household member. RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Please contact us by email for return instructions. Then simply repackage the item carefully in its' original packaging and ship it prepaid and fully insured in a prompt manner by UPS or Fedex. Upon inspection of return, the product price will be refunded in the manner it was originally paid (credit card, check, etc.). We can not be responsible for damaged items during return shipping. We do not issue refunds on damaged items and any refunds must be handled through the shipper used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, these original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Custom, special orders, trade/wholesale orders, or quantity discounted items are non-refundable once the order is submitted.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items must be reported to 1-2-3 Native American Indian Pottery and Gifts within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to note specifics about damages at time of delivery, on delivery receipt, for boxes that arrive damaged.
